Few career paths are linear and career exploration is strengthened by reflection and efforts to clarify your purpose.

Informed career decisions are the result of industry and functional role research prompted by self-assessment and reflection from class, research or quizzes/tests.

Students will explore different roles throughout the Kogod CORE classes in their major along with co-curricular opportunities such as: student clubs, volunteering, pro-bono projects, internships, student jobs, class projects and more.

Students can also book an appointment with one of our career coaches for a personalized exploratory session and access to self-assessment programs such as CliftonStrengths can be requested.

Check out our resources below to help guide you through this assessing and exploring phase!
