As our Construction Intern, you will work mainly with our Production team to learn everything from site management and subcontractor/customer relations to community responsibility and government compliance. If you are detail-oriented and have an interest in learning about new home construction, this is the internship for you!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the NCM in site management, subcontractor relations, customer relations, community responsibility and government compliance
- Various projects as assigned by manager
- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
- Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
- Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Stanley Martin
Position Standards:

Position Requirements:
- College degree or within one year of graduation
- Knowledge of MS Office
This position pays $15-$20 per hour.
