Employers have the option to table at Kogod on the days they visit campus for another event. Employers set up a table in a high-traffic location as students pass between classes, creating organic opportunities for conversation, quick introductions, and sharing roles or programs in real time.

To spark even more engagement, many employers bring branded swag or small “treats” to draw students in and start conversations.  It’s a simple, low-lift way to meet a steady stream of Kogod students and generate real interest in internships and full-time opportunities.

Kogod Coffee Chats provide an informal, conversation-based format for employers to connect with students one-on-one or in small groups. These chats can be hosted virtually or in person and are typically scheduled in 15-minute increments over a 90-minute to full-day window, giving employers flexibility to choose what works best. Students sign up for individual time slots, allowing for more meaningful conversations about career paths, company culture, and opportunities, often sparking professional dialogue and connections with students who are genuinely interested in the company, the industry, or in expanding their network.

Support Kogod students in developing their professional presence by volunteering for mock interviews or resume review sessions. These engagements are a valuable way to meet students early in their journey while helping them polish key career-readiness skills.

Share your expertise with students through moderated panels. Whether focused on industry insights, career journeys, or emerging trends, these events offer meaningful dialogue between employers and students in an engaging and accessible setting.

Our students love to hear from real people engaged in the industry, especially Kogod alumni. There are opportunities for everyone, from small business owners to large company CEOs, to share their expertise with our students.

In-class projects allow students to serve as consultants for real clients under a professor’s guidance. Clients communicate directly with the professor and student teams to accomplish the goals outlined in a statement of work. Students apply course concepts and strategize in real time as the project progresses, resulting in a set of deliverables for the client at the end of the course.

The MBA Consulting Initiative (MBACI) is a way for companies to get low-cost, MBA-level consulting for their business needs. Companies propose a Statement of Work and review a pool of applicants to choose the candidate that best aligns with the project’s needs.

Partner with Kogod to co-host business case competitions or real-world challenges that allow students to apply classroom knowledge in innovative ways. These events not only showcase student talent, but also give employers a platform to observe problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration in action.
