Consulting internship and full-time hiring begins in late June and goes throughout the summer. MBB (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company) and the Big 4 (PwC, Deloitte, EY & KPMG) normally finish hiring by August.
Midsize consulting firms will also open full-time applications (for the following year) in late summer. Some small and midsize consultancies will continue to recruit throughout the fall, not following traditional recruiting schedules.
Important Tips: Follow the consultancies of interest on LinkedIn to know when applications are released. Check employer websites frequently throughout the summer so that you do not miss a deadline. Practice case interviews using Case Coach during the summer when you start submitting applications.
