Career Development provides support for alumni who are making job and career transitions. As an alumnus, you have access to a robust suite of career support with coaches, events, and technology tools!

If you’re an alum seeking career development support, the first step is to get access to your Kogod Talent Network (KTN) account. Email ktn@american.edu with your first and last name, email address, program of study, and graduation year, and we’ll get your account set up within 1-2 business days. Once you have a KTN account, you can register for events, schedule an appointment with a career coach, and apply to jobs.
